Open position
Product Builder
Own product features end to end — from understanding a customer problem to shipping the solution to production. You decide what to build, design how it works, and build it, with AI as your force multiplier.
What you’ll do
- Talk with customers and users to understand the problems leaders and HR teams face
- Turn fuzzy ideas into clear product decisions, designs, and working software
- Ship features end to end across the stack, from data model to polished UI
- Use AI tools and agents every day to build faster and raise the quality bar
- Measure what you ship, learn from how it is used, and iterate
What we’re looking for
- A track record of shipping software products that people actually use
- Strong product sense — you care about why something is built, not just how
- Hands-on engineering skills and a good eye for design and UX
- Comfort working with high ownership and little hand-holding
- Clear written and spoken English
Nice to have
- Experience building B2B SaaS
- Experience building products on top of LLMs
- Interest in leadership, people analytics, or organizational psychology
- Finnish language skills
