The Teamspective platform integrates with 30+ HRIS systems, allowing you to automatically sync employees and teams to our platform as well as gain deeper insights from engagement data by combining it with information such as seniority level or salaries from your HR system.

Easier User Management

Managing users and teams in Teamspective is now smoother than ever. You can now set up HRIS integrations self-serve within the workspace, removing the need for manual user management in our platform. This reduces errors caused by manual data entry and saves a considerable amount of time especially from bigger companies or those with higher turnover.

Once you’ve connected your system, anytime you add a new employee to your HR system - or delete a user that has left the company for example - we sync the changes to Teamspective automatically. You can also synchronize your teams and other employee data, ensuring your user data is always up to date in Teamspective.

Additional Insights from Cohorted Engagement Data

As your organization grows, so does your need for analyzing engagement data. When your organization adds employees, roles, departments, and locations, the complexity can increase quickly and you’ll start noticing you need to answer many more practical questions than before, such as:

  • Do new employees feel well in the company? Are there issues with onboarding?
  • How does engagement differ between different regional units? Are there particular issues within specific regions?
  • Are there meaningful differences between new employees and those with longer tenures? For example, how much psychological safety do new employees report compared to those who have been at the company longer. 
  • Do your diversity and inclusion programs provide meaningful results?
  • Do you need to adjust compensation for certain roles? For example, do people in a certain role report higher dissatisfaction with compensation compared to others.

You’ll be able to answer these and many more questions with Teamspective. When you integrate your HRIS system, you can leverage Pulse cohorts and pivot your survey results based on all kinds of data from your HR system. This data includes team, unit, geographic location, nationality, gender, start date (tenure), seniority level, and basically almost any other data you store in the HR-system. 

To maintain anonymity of pulse results, cohorts with less than 5 results are hidden. Note that only workspace admin users have access to cohort data and pivoting.

How does it work?

Our HRIS integration supports over 30 popular HRIS systems such as BambooHR, HiBob, Google Workspace, and Workday. You can find a list of all supported HRIS systems here.

The integration can be set up in minutes through a self-serve process via our integration partner Kombo. Even if you automatically sync in users through the integration, they can still be manually adjusted as needed. For example, you can have an employee belong to extra teams if they have a cross-functional role in the organization.
